Before starting his own consultancy firm, Peter Jansema has been partner and co-head of the Amsterdam Real Estate practice at Greenberg Traurig for 10 years, General Counsel at a European project development company for 10 years and attorney-at-law Corporate and Real Estate for 7 years. Peter has led transactions teams for landmark acquisitions and disposals by the largest European investors, served many national and international clients in real estate developments and offers experienced legal business advice. RELS can provide a variety of fee arrangements, from standard hourly rate-based (for 2024 EUR 380 exclusive of VAT) to fixed fee arrangements, profit sharing, participating and success fee arrangements.
